Covid Protocol

Long-COVID Management Protocol and Treatment Theory McCullough Protocol:

Base Spike Detoxification

A significant and ever-growing consequence of COVID-19 illness is the post-COVID syndrome, officially known as post-acute sequelae of COVID-19 (PASC). Currently there is no recognized effective treatment, and its multiple symptoms are primarily addressed with supportive care and prolonged rehabilitation. Since it can affect non-hospitalized individuals who had mild symptoms, or who were asymptomatic, the estimated population at risk is in the range of tens of millions. The etiology of (PASC) has not been conclusively determined, several possibilities have been proposed.

The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) defines post-COVID symptoms as those that are present more than 4 weeks after the initial infection with SARS-CoV-2.

Symptoms include:
  • Fatigue- most reported symptom
  • Difficulty thinking or concentrating (“brain fog”)
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Cough
  • Painful joints or muscles
  • Chest pain- Palpitations
  • Depression or Anxiety
  • Headache- Loss of smell and distortion of taste
  • Intermittent fever
  • Dizziness on standing and post-exertional malaise (PEM)- worsens 12 to 48 hours after the activity and lasts for days or even weeks.
Definitive cause of PASC Unknown but Etiologies have been Proposed

There is detection of the spike protein for at least 6-15 months after vaccination or infection. Therefore, a possible etiology could be a maladaptive chronic immune sequela.

Spike protein exhibits pathogenic characteristics and maybe cause of (PASC).

Spike protein can cause damage to cardiovascular, hematological, neurological, respiratory, gastrointestinal, and immunological systems.

Data suggest the vaccine stabilized spike protein may persist in the human body, be difficult to break down, may possess similar harmful characteristics to the viral type.

Rationale for SARS-Co V-2 and COVID-19 Vaccine Spike Protein Detoxification

Given the deleterious effects of the spike protein and its persistence in those with long PASC and post vaccine complications, strategies to eliminate spike protein from the body may help to reduce the complication burden from covid and vaccine induced injuries.

At the time of the articles, there was no specific or widely established protocol to remove spike protein from the human body. Therefore, the authors reviewed the McCullough Protocol which was recently published as the first rationale for spike protein detoxification.

McCullough Protocol: Base spike Detoxification

The protocol includes a natural triple-agent oral regimen of nattokinase, bromelain, and curcumin that provides four putative, primary mechanisms of action: 1) proteolytic degradation of the spike protein, 2) inhibition of inflammation from the spike protein and its fragments in tissues, 3) dissolution of microthrombi, and 4) anticoagulation.

Full Base Spike Protein Protocol
  • Bromelain 500mg once a day
  • Nattokinase 2,000 FU twice a day
  • Curcumin 500mg twice a day
Additional Protocol recommendations disease specific:

If your ANA turned positive and an autoimmune disease is suspected, prescribed hydroxychloroquine 200mg twice a day should be added.

If pleurodynia or atypical chest pain is present, prescribed colchicine 0.6mg once a day.

If gastrointestinal involvement then Apigen is recommended for the possibility of binding and inhibiting spike protein.

The three-drug regimen of nattokinase, bromelain and curcumin were chosen due to their proven safety records, as well as their anti-inflammatory and anti-coagulant properties combined with their synergistic and potent effects in degrading and inhibiting spike protein.

How Long is therapy?

Regimen is followed for 3-12 months or more, depending on disease resolution progress.

**The authors note there can be no therapeutic claim until large-scale studies have been done. Dr. Rogers Centers also notes no therapeutic claim but does support the protocols based on the best evidence currently available.
