THERMIVA

ThemiVA™ is a safe, nonsurgical treatment option for women. It is non-ablative and does not destroy the tissues. Radiofrequency energy is used to gently heat and tighten the tissues in the vagina and of the vulvar skin.

What does ThermiVA™ treat?

In addition to improving appearance, ThermiVa™ can help treat:

  • Vaginal laxity
  • Incontinence
  • Vaginal dryness
  • Painful intercourse

How is Thermiva™ performed?

ThermiVA™ in an in-office procedure performed in the tranquility of our Signature Medspa. The procedure takes about 30-45 minutes and has no downtime. The comfortable “magic wand” is first inserted into the vaginal canal to gently heat and tighten the vaginal tissues. Then, the application is delivered to the vulvar skin. ThermiVA™ is temperature controlled, so there is minimal risk for discomfort or burning compared to laser vaginal rejuvenation.

Am I a good candidate for ThermiVA™?

ThermiVA™ is a great treatment option for women who have felt the effects of childbirth and aging. Additionally, it is the ideal treatment for breast cancer survivors who experience painful sex, but are unable to be on hormone replacement therapy.
