1 white onion, diced
4 roma tomatoes, diced
1⁄4 cup cilantro, chopped
1⁄2 jalapeno chiles, stemmed, seeded if desired and minced
1/2 lime, juiced
1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄4 tsp garlic salt
- In a medium sized bowl, combine, onion, tomato, cilantro and jalepeno. Add lime juice first, followed by salt and garlic salt. Mix together. Season to taste. Add more jalepeno or serrano pepper for more heat.
