8 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
1Tbsp fresh dill sprigs, finely chopped
1Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
1 clove garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup carrot, grated
1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 cup fresh broccoli, steamed, cooled, and chopped
1 flatbread Flatout Flatbread, multi-grain
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the fat-free cream cheese, fresh dill, lemon juice, paprika, garlic, and salt and pepper.
Using a rubber spatula, fold in the grated carrots, chopped red bell peppers, and the chopped broccoli into the mixture.
Slice the flatbread into 4 equal slices and spread the mixture across leaving 1-inch bare at the top of each slice. Begin rolling each slice of the flatbread up tightly, starting from the bottom. The filling will now spread to the bare edge of the flatbread slice.
