1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground
3 Tbsp water
1⁄4 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp butter spray
- Quarter the pound of red potatoes and place in a microwave safe bowl (+ microwave safe lid). Add water, and cover.
- Microwave on high setting for 8 minutes or until tender when tined with a fork.
- Lightly coat potatoes with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray. Season with pepper and garlic powder, and salt
