Exchanges: 1 oz Meat Rapid Results/ Jump Start/ Quick Count
6 oz crab meat, canned and drained
2 Tbsp green chili peppers, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Cajun spice
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 tbsp flour
Combine the crab meat, green chilis, garlic, Dijon mustard, and Cajun spice.
Add in the egg and stir to combine,
Add the flour until the desired consistency is reached.
Form into 5 even patties.
In 10″ non-stick skillet, heat Pam cooking spray over medium-heat.
Sear the patties for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Sprinkle with salt (if desired).
