Yield: 1 pizza
1 pound ground chicken
¼ cup Roa’s Tomato Sauce
¼ cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella
2 slices bacon, diced
16 slices turkey pepperoni
½ cup black olives, sliced
¼ cup jarred sliced mushrooms
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine ground chicken and spices in a mixing bowl. Spread the chicken onto a cookie sheet lined with silicone mat, and flatten as thin as possible.
Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and drain fluid from pan. Increase oven temperature to 500°.
In the meantime, brush crust with Roa’s Tomato Sauce and top with toppings.
Bake at 500° for an additional 6 minutes.
Remove from pan and allow to cool.
Slice and enjoy!
