As part of our groundbreaking weight loss program, the Dr. Rogers Centers offer two all-inclusive San Antonio fitness center locations throughout the city. Situated in our Redland and Dominion clinics, our fitness centers offer you the tools and resources necessary to reach your goals.
Our unique 4 Pillars of Success program incorporates medical, behavioral, and nutritional methods for weight loss, while also recommending regular exercise and fitness for maximum results. Participants are encouraged to expend at least 1,000 calories per week in order to successfully reduce body weight. To help facilitate this, our fitness centers offer a wide array of exercise options, as well as metabolic testing and the ability to work one-on-one with exercise physiologists. Over the course of four to six weeks, using our San Antonio fitness center locations as a resource, participants can gradually work up to burning the recommended 1,000 calories per week.
